Day 02: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar
This morning after breakfast drive to Gulmarg for overnight stay in Gulmarg, "Meadow of Flowers" situatedat an altitude of 2730 meters, and a famous ski resort during the winters. On arrival check in at hotel and enjoy leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains OR enjoy an optional Gondola ride (Cable Car). Meet our representative upon arrival and take a transfer to the Deluxe houseboat/ hotel. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure and enjoy the scenic view of mountain ranges around Dal Lake. Dinner & overnight stay in Deluxe Houseboat/ hotel.
DAY 02: SRINAGAR - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (27 KMS) After breakfast, visit the famous Mughal Gardens, Cheshma Shahi (Royal Spring), Nishat Bagh(Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) the Mughals laid out in the 16th century. These fall along the banks of the Dal Lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing a panoramic view of entire City, along with famous Dal Lake & River Jehlum, enroute visiting handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina/ shahtoos shawls & world over carpets. DAY 1: Delhi - Katra
Departure from Delhi will be at 6.30pm. Overnight in comfortable coach.
DAY 2: ARRIVAL In Katra
Arrive in Katra and check in the hotel. After breakfast, you will start your walk to Vaishno Devi temple(14 kms /7 hours) or you can hire ponies on a direct payment basis.
DAY 3: Katra
Explore the local market in the afternoon and later in the evening board the return bus at 6.30pm.
Day 4: Delhi
Arrive in Delhi this morning.
Departure from Delhi will be at 6.30pm. Overnight in comfortable coach.
